Stacey is the Business Development Partner at Decibel. She is a force multiplier for Decibel-backed startups, driving customer discovery, strategic GTM, and early enterprise traction. She thrives at the intersection of early-stage innovation, enterprise adoption, and cybersecurity & AI ecosystems.
Before Decibel, she held executive leadership roles at HP including leading worldwide channel partner development for HP's $15B commercial and enterprise sales channel organization, chief of staff for the $10B global commercial sales organization and headed up sales and marketing for HP's $400M North America notebook and handheld operations.
